Accreditation Process assists fire service professionals in continually improving the quality and performance of their organizations by asking those critical questions to determine if the programs and services within the organizations are effective in meeting the needs of their communities.
By going through this in-depth review of every aspect of the agency's organization, management, operations, and administration, the department is assured that they are delivering a high level of service and are committed to professionalism in adherence to a body of international standards. The resulting pre-assessment plan will provide the department with recommendations to bring them into compliance with Accreditation standards.
